  COLLECTION BARRIC is the result of experimenting with Chardonnay and answering the search for a new style of white wine. The Chardonnay variety is left to ferment briefly in a barrel. Thus, elegant notes of coconut, vanilla and caramel are added to the aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, without crushing the fruit.
