The grapes are hand-picked, graded and vinified in whole grains (without machine crushing)
in stainless steel vessels with temperature control and extended kneading. Malolactic
fermentation was conducted in barrels. The aging in barric type barrels is 9 months.
Then the wine is blended in stainless steel vessels.
